Delete Transactions

Any outbound Transaction with a delivery status of "Pending" can be deleted. Deleted Transactions are removed from any related Workflows, and unlinked from any related Scenario Tests. Transactions can be deleted from the main Transactions page or from the page showing information about a particular Transaction.

Delete a single Transaction

  1. Navigate to the Transactions page in your Org Settings
  2. Click on the row for the Transaction you’d like to delete
  3. Click the delete icon in the upper right of the page. If the Transaction can't be deleted, the icon will be greyed out and the tooltip will indicate the reason you cannot delete it.
  4. A confirmation dialog will pop up

You will be redirected back to the main Transactions page and a notification will pop-up to confirm that the Transaction was deleted.

Delete multiple Transactions

  1. Navigate to the Transactions page in your Org Settings
  2. Click the delete icon in the upper right of the page. Check boxes will appear beside all of the Transactions on this page.
  3. Select the Transactions you would like to delete by clicking the check boxes next to them
  4. If a Transaction cannot be deleted, the check box will be greyed out and the tooltip will indicate the reason you cannot delete it
  5. Click Confirm deletion of X transactions
  6. A confirmation dialog will pop up

The Transactions will be removed from the list and a notification will pop-up to inform you that the Transactions were deleted.
