Archive a Scenario

If the testing instructions defined in a particular Scenario become obsolete, that Scenario can be archived.

📘

If a Scenario is assigned to a Trade Request or a Change Request, it cannot be archived.

1. Sign in to your Orderful account:

2. From the left navigation menu, click on Scenarios.
3. Click on the Published tab.
4. Find the Scenario you want to archive.
5. Click on the More actions icon on the right side of your Scenario row.
6. Select Archive. A notification will appear on the bottom to indicate success.

You can go to the Archived tab to see your archived Scenarios.
