Download Transactions

Any Transaction can be downloaded as a .JSON file format as well as the format of its source (X12, EDIFACT).

850 Purchase Orders

Purchase Order transactions can uniquely be downloaded in a .csv format from the Transactions List View.

Download a single Transaction

1. Sign in to your Orderful account:

2. From the left navigation menu, click on Transactions.
3. Select any Transaction by clicking on its row.
4. Click the Download icon in the upper right of the Transaction page.
5. Select the format you wish to download the transaction in from the drop-down.
6. A file will download to your browser's download tray.

Download multiple Transactions

1. From the left navigation menu, click on Transactions.
2. Click the Download icon in the upper right of the page.
3. Select Transactions with Attachments.
   Checkboxes will appear beside all of the Transactions on this page.
4. Select the Transactions you would like to download by clicking the checkboxes next to them.
5. Click Confirm download of X transactions
6. A .zip file will download to your browser's download tray with each transaction in a .json format. If 850 Purchase orders are present a single .csv file will also be contained in the .zip folder with all purchase orders in the file listed chronologically.
