Download Transactions

Any Transaction can be downloaded as a .JSON file format as well as the format of its source (X12, EDIFACT).

850 Purchase Orders

Purchase Order transactions can uniquely be downloaded in a .csv format from the main Transactions page

Transactions can be downloaded from the main Transactions page or from the page showing information about a particular Transaction.

Download a single Transaction

1. Navigate to the Transactions page
2. Click on the row for the Transaction you’d like to download
3. Click the download icon in the upper right of the Transaction page. Select the format you wish to download the transaction in from the drop-down.
4. A file will download to your browser's download tray.

Download multiple Transactions

1. Navigate to the Transactions page
2. Click the download icon in the upper right of the page.
3. Select "Transactions with Attachments". Checkboxes will appear beside all of the Transactions on this page.
4. Select the Transactions you would like to download by clicking the check boxes next to them.
5. Click Confirm download of X transactions
6. A .zip file will download to your browser's download tray with each transaction in a .json format. If 850 Purchase orders are present a single .csv file will also be contained in the .zip folder with all purchase orders in the file listed chronologically.
