Unprocessed Transactions
Unprocessed Transactions are Transactions sent to Orderful that can’t be created in Orderful. For example, if you try to Create a Transaction and do not receive an HTTP 200
response, you likely have an unprocessed Transaction.
Reasons for unprocessed Transactions
There are several reasons why a Transaction can’t be created in Orderful:
- The sender doesn’t exist in Orderful.
- The receiver doesn’t exist in Orderful.
- The Trading Partnership doesn’t exist in Orderful.
- The Relationship doesn’t exist in Orderful.
- The Relationship is being set up. See Relationship statuses for more information.
- Live Transactions are being sent to a Relationship that is still in the "Complete Testing" status. See Relationship statuses for more information.
- The Transaction sent doesn’t respect the Orderful JSON schema.
- The Transaction sent doesn’t respect the ANSI X12 schema.
- The Transaction sent doesn’t respect the data format and version configured on the Relationship.
If you have opted to receive email notifications for unprocessed Transactions on your Notifications settings page, the notification email will contain further information about how to resolve the error.
