Onboarding Overview

The Orderful Onboarding Process guides new customers from initial setup to going live with one or multiple partners.

This process includes four key steps:

• Organization Setup
• Partnership Setup
• Partnership Testing
• Partnership Go Live

Each new Orderful customer should complete their Organization Setup once, before creating new partnerships.
Orderful customers should complete their Partnership Setup, Testing and Go Live for each new partner.

Each step involves different onboarding tasks, which vary depending on whether you're onboarding partners as a follower or a leader. The articles Getting Started as a Follower and Getting Started as a Leader provide detailed instructions for each task.
