Inventory Advice
Used to set up the inventory feed for the 846 transaction.
Inventory advice can be scheduled to send to a trading partner by using either a Dataset or a Saved Search in NetSuite. The required columns in the search need to be
Required Columns
- ITEM The NetSuite item to include in the inventory report
- AVAILABLE The quantity to be reported as available to your partner for the item.
- LOCATION The inventory Location reporting the available quantity.
Customer Config
- Inventory Advice Dataset Script Id ID of the dataset to use for the 846 if using a dataset.
- Inventory Advice Search Select the saved search to use for the 846 if using a saved search
- Send Per Location Select if your trading partner requires separate inventory reports per inventory reporting Location. The connector will create multiple reports from a single search or dataset.
You will want to add your Location IDs for your customer to ensure the we send the identifier your customer is expecting for each location you are reporting.
