Q: Can I close a task manually? A: No. Task completion is event-driven to maintain integrity.

Q: I marked a task as waiting but the system still progressed another task. Is that expected? A: Yes. Waiting is a communication state on a specific task. It doesn’t halt other evaluations.

Q: I think a task is stuck in the wrong state. A: Ask an OA to trigger a re-evaluation.

Q: When I manually update the state of a relationship for one party, does it reflect automatically for the other party? For example, if I manually mark a relationship as waiting on the first party to do X, does it show up to the other party as they need to do X? A: For this release, if a relationship state has been manually marked in waiting by one party due to a specific reason, it will NOT automatically reflect to the other party to let them know that the first party is waiting for them for the specific reason. Depending on how the feature is used by customers, and contractors, we can make this change in the future.

**Troubleshooting

• The “next task” seems wrong. Use the relationship drill-down to confirm transaction-type context. If still off, request a re-evaluation.
• The page load time. Please report this to Orderful and we shall address it. The Partnership page is engineered for < 1s load time
