The Partnership View provides customers with a single view of all their partnerships in one place and clarity into “what’s my next task?”.

Some salient points

• Granularity: you can see what your next task is at the partnership level and at the relationship level
• Clarity: 4 progress states for any partnership (Setup, Testing, Go Live and Live) so it is clear where you are in your journey with a trading partner.
• Waiting: standardized reasons for who and what is blocking the relationship from progressing

Who is it for?

• Customers (EDI admins / project leads): can view progress, see next actions, understand blocks, and drill into transaction-type details via relationship view
• Orderful Onboarding team: all of the above plus the ability to mark/unmark waiting where enabled
