Switch between organizations

If your login has access to more than one organization, use the organization switcher in the top navigation bar to move between them.

Recent and Browse

The switcher offers two views:

• Recent — the organizations you've switched to most recently.
• Browse — every organization you have access to, sorted alphabetically, so you can find one by scanning the list instead of remembering its name.

Toggle between the two using the link at the bottom of the switcher (Browse Organizations / View Recent), or press ⌘+Enter (Mac) / Ctrl+Enter (Windows/Linux) while the switcher is open.

If you don't have any recent organizations yet — for example, the first time you log in — the switcher opens directly into Browse.

Searching

Type in the switcher to search across:

• Organization name
• EDI account name
• ISA ID

Searching on an EDI account name or ISA ID is useful when you know the identifier a trading partner uses but not the organization name it belongs to.

While you're searching, the Recent/Browse toggle is hidden and results are shown grouped by category instead.
